Park East Synagogue and Rabbi Arthur Schneier Park East Day School Host Event Focused on Mental Health Amid COVID-19

On Wednesday, January 27, 2021, Park East Synagogue and Rabbi Arthur Schneier Park East Day School welcomed psychologist Dr. Rona Novick for an interactive presentation with tips and strategies for supporting mental health amid the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Dr. Novick shared the “alphabet of muddling and managing,” one E and three Fs, which stands for managing our Expectations, the importance of Flexibility, making time for Fun and being mindful of how we Fuel our bodies. She also highlighted the benefits of a regular gratitude practice, stating, “The more we focus on blessings, the more energized we are.”
