POGA

Pilates + Yoga with meditation and mindfulness. Students practice yoga postures and sequences, pilates core strengthening, body control, self-regulation techniques, and mindful breathing tools while adding fun games, songs, team challenges, and partner process. Children will learn self-confidence, emotional regulation skills, and resilience. **This club will begin on February 13th and run 13 sessions.**
