Sponsor our Mishloach Manot Program!

Purim is quickly approaching and we at Park East Day School are starting to get ready. This year, our theme is  “A Very Emoji Purim, may we always be b’simcha”, our way of spreading the joy and spirit of the holiday. All the items in the box are being carefully selected so that all of our kids can have fun and enjoy.

We are looking to raise $4000 from sponsors which will go towards making our Very Emoji Purim effort as big as possible. Please use the link below to donate and support this wonderful program.

Mishloach Manot is the tradition and mitzvah of sending baskets of food and gifts to friends on Purim day. It is meant to ensure that everyone has enough food for the Purim feast held later in the day, and to increase love and friendship among Jews. At Park East, we send each child home with a basket the day before the holiday. All the children are able to “buy” a basket for their classmates, teachers, faculty and school friends through a website called Happy Purim.
